Two more things... (Hanoi)

I had two fun experiences on my last day here...

I went to see one of the 'railway streets' where the shops spill onto the tracks until the trains go through (8 times per day, at a speed of appx 25mph). I grabbed a seat next to the tracks, but about 20 seconds in I was wishing I'd taken one a tad further from the tracks...

Not for the faint of heart. I don't think I'd choose to sit this close again..

After that I had bun cha at the restaurant where Anthony Bourdain met Obama in may of 2016 for Parts Unknown. They named a meal after Obama. :) Bun cha is delicious!

I took the overnight sleeper train and here's what it looks like from inside the train.

My bunk was the top right. It's not graceful getting up there... I shared the compartment with a lovely family from India.
